Mission & Goals

Mission Statement

Triumph Strength and Performance is a powerlifting coaching organization committed to providing equal service and daily access communication to all clients. Our team is passionate and involved with the sport of powerlifting, uses evidence based practice to create individualized programs, and engages in an endless pursuit of evolving our coaching methods.

About us & goals

Established in September of 2022, our organization has focused heavily on constantly improving the quality of our service, while also cultivating a unique community of motivated powerlifters, casual lifters, and even a national champion. Each of the three coaches has a burning desire to coach powerlifting as a full-time career. This desire is apparent in the service we provide to each and every client. During the initial discussions regarding starting TSP, we brainstormed coaching qualities in which we all place with up most importance. These qualities include: creating a true and genuine coach-to-client relationship, legitimately individualized programming, and consistent but thorough communication standards. As we continue to excel and grow in size, the importance of these qualities has always stayed at the front.

The primary goal of all the coaches on Triumph Strength & Performance is to be able to become full-time powerlifting coaches as well as provide a completely unexampled coaching service. Coming from very different backgrounds, powerlifting is the common ground that has brought us all together. We all share a deep passion for becoming as well versed in the sport as we possibly can.

As a team, TSP aims to create the strongest, most well knit, and supportive community that we possibly can. We place such a large emphasis on the relationships and results we create with our clients while also ensuring that they feel involved and welcomed by our blossoming community. In a sport that is solely measured on individual performance, we feel that it is equally as important to create the sense of being on a “team”, which can exponentially increase the enjoyment and fulfillment of competing in powerlifting.
